Isuzu G-series Twin Cam

Nick thanks for your reply and sorry i did not post back sooner but i have been o/s for five weeks.My son did the job while i was away and your advice was appreciated.

I am not sure how to remove coil lead from the distributor cap, it looks like it just pulls out but I dont want to bugger it up since I hear they are rare as rocking horse **** to replace. Advice please?
