That is the way I understand it. The vehicle it is going into is the recipient. Therefore the ADRs are relevant for the year of manufacture of the body. i.e 1986 Gemini to be fitted with a say 1983 g180. It should comply with the ADRs of 1986. The states do have some quirky things they want to play ...

Re: G180W Vacuum Lines

Can anyone confirm how the vac. lines run on the 180W ATM I have the dizzy and fuel reg. both running off the front of the plenum via a T piece. Just after some confirmation.... Cheers Todd. That should be just fine. I had to go and look at mine. Although I run crankfire, and the vacuum lines are a...

I am in a bind over this now. The space I have is not to clever. I will wait till I have done the engine bay and done the engine rebuild. I think the VH44 will have to go. Space is tight. It is quite possible that I may have to fabricate a custom bracket. Thanks

really starting to look like this has bits and pieces from all over the place. I remember when I got my G180 I had a rather large problem with the dizzy. It did not have one, and still doesn't. After toing and froing I decided that carnk fire was the best alternative, along with the fact that it wa...

Does any one happen to have an air conditioner compressor bracket that is no longer required. I have misplaced mine and I want to put a/c in the car.

He was in Eagle's workshops last week and they have virtually a production line making replicas. Those are priced around $17k the only PR91W they have for sale is around $40K and the Left Hand Drive with under 400 kilometres on clock is near $80k. It was a special build that was to go to Scandinavia...

GTRs had the PR91W body number prefix. That is fact. They are on sale at eagle spares in Japan. Replica PR91 bodies are being used. The real ones are nearly double the price of the fakes. This has been verified by a friend that has just arrived back and went to many dealers including Eagle.

I think you should look at the ADRs. I think you will find the anti pollution gear is also tied in with the year of manufacture of the "whole " vehicle. I have an 83 or there about G180W. Fitted to a Gemini of that year it would have to comply with that year. As it is in a 1965 shell it ha...

GTR Belletts had the same gearbox as the GT. The input shaft is 1" with 10 teeth. This was the standard for all Belletts. I am going to the Bellett owners national meeting next week. I will endeavour to trace what if any Bellett it came off.

So general consensus is the third sesnsor is pretty much pointless and i should be able to tap and block it with a bolt. Anyone know the pitch/thread size? I'm not sure of the size but I used a standard BSP threaded plug. If you can get it out and take it to your local bolt shop they will be able t...

This has the two-pin one like the injector plug for the ecu, and 2 x gemini style ones. I doubt one would be to turn the thermo fan on as the computer should be able to do it with the input from the middle sensor When I put 180 in my Bellett the 2 sensors are all that is needed. Make sure you have ...

Re: Exhaust size

Just a quick question about what size exhausts people are running. I was going to make up at 2.5" mandrel exhaust for mine, but the extractor collector is 2.25" - tossing up wether its worth modifying for a bigger one. Ps - it will be revved hard. Real hard. Remember to make the secondari...

Bradlze is correct the only manual for the G180w is in Japanese. I got a copy in the 90s from GM, after I wrote and complained to Isuzu in Japan. It is not much help.
