Re: Detailed piston info needed! Attn: gurus!

Combustion chamber size: cc's

On my engine (now DMH-Performances) The head combustion chamber size was 60.5cc's However that may not be standard as it has had some work done to it.
However that is only head chamber size and doesnt include the area the piston takes up ect.

Goodluck

Re: Cam bearing oil supply - dummy cam modifications?

I didnt get any pics with it either, and i think the owner of the engine before me wasnt given any either (Pretty sure it was written by that owner)

The engine might have even had it done, however i never looked for it.

I no longer own the engine

Stock head gasket ?strong?

Hey guys when i bought my engine (G180WA), it came with a permaseal gasket kit what i want to know is if this will be suitable for supercharged and on gas
Or do i need to get a copper one made?
Also how will the supercharger cope with the high RPM?

Cheers

Its because im considering running gas and therefore possibly increasing CR. So that i can work out what needs to be done.
Also i would like to know the compression ratio just to know it

I have Measured the combustion chamber of the head, so the bit with the valves. Is this what you mean by head cup? It measured 55cc anyway.

Standard comp is no help, as i want the compression of this engine as it has been bought apart, so basically unknown compression.

So what should i enter for piston deck clearance?

EDIT: The CR shouldn't be any lower than standard.
