Re: Sidedraught fitment?
Hey ya mate, I've been having similar probs with fitting DHLAs, Mainly because i have made my own manifold if you get a Bellett GT-R manifold like most people do you shouldn't have any problem with booster clearance, my manifold is just a plate of mild steel machined flat then drilled and tapped, so...

Re: twin cam DCOE/DHLA manifolds
hey ya, Elky, last time we spoke you said you didn't have a G-W engine on sidedraught carbs at the moment, have you set one up in a gem before? it looks pretty tight in there, the booster is looking like it might be a bit of a problem. with the manifolds you have is the carb angled to sit above the ...

Re: twin cam DCOE/DHLA manifolds
Hey ya Elky. Ive just meassured the standard intake manifolds and there 37mm (damn crappy standard manifold) and the engine intake ports are right on 40mm. could you measure your DCOE manifolds for me? I keep hearing that 48mm carbs would be best....... but if the intake ports are only 40mm, 48 seem...

Hey ya guys I'm just about to set my g200w up with DHLAs, the problem is GT-R replica manifolds are impossible to find. Hey ya, From what i understand it has to comply with the new engine ADR and has nothing to do with the car its going into. But you would know a lot more than me on the subject, are you telling me that the engine im putting into my TG only has to have emission standards that are the same as the stand...

ECU to loom compatibility
Hello all, I'm in the middle of doing a G200w conversion to my TG, i asked my engineer if i needed a standard (or non programmable) ECU when i started the conversion and he said "nah you wont need that" but ive just been talking to him and he wants to see a standard ECU in it........ its a...

independent throttle body injection
hey guys I'm looking for some info on a independent throttle body injection (DCOE\DHLA style fuel injection) set up for the G***W engines. Do i need a conversion plate or manifold between the engine and throttle bodies or do they just bolt up the the engine? Would this sort of set up be good for tur...
