Isuzu G-series Twin Cam

when i built my G180w i replaced the dizzy cap with one off of a later modle rodeo (maby) ECHLIN part No EP346. had a set of 8.8mm pro series race leads made to suite and the rotor button with a BOSCH part No GH605 to suite 79-80 Honda Accord 1.6, 79-83 Civic, 79-80 Preulde 1.6, Nissan Pulsar 78-82 don't know if it helps any one but it's there anyway

Did some quick checking.

That Echlin dissy cap is for a Honda or Nissan, not a Rodeo.
Is your G180W dissy a Hitachi or a Nippon Denso dissy?
The Rodeo had two HEI dissy options:
4ZD1 carby engines used a ND dissy and a similar cap (EP383) to the Gemini one.
4ZE1 EFI engine used a Hitachi dissy and a cap (EP796) with side entry leads like the G180W cap.

not sure what type? how do you tell? mines exactly the same as the one you showed me same letters & numbers FEA1440

Hitachi components will have the Hitachi trademark emblem stamped on them.

NipponDenso components will have the ND trademark on them.

my dizzy is a Hitachi type the symbol is stamped on the side of the plastic case of the ING.MODULE

bosch part numbers for the distributor are

Rotor Button, bosch no:GH605

came from a honda accord 1.6litre
79-83 civic
79-80 prelude 1.6litre
nissan 78-82 pulsar

Distributor Cap,Bosch no:GH604

came off a mid 76 to late 77 nissan 180b
78-82 pulsar 1.3 or 1.5litre
74-78 honda accord (cvcc) civic 1500
