Fitting a DOHC in zzz

Hey just wondering if i have to change the brake master when fitting a dohc motor to my zzz, the gem i pulled the motor from has a different setup, do i need to use it? or will the engine clear my standard setup?

use the dohc one, makes for a easier fitment
