Postage & Returns
POSTAGE
We use
AusPost satchels to ship your items. We offer regular
post and give you the choice to add
registered
post OR
extra cover
for additional security. We recommend choosing
registered post and for items valued
at more than $100 we recommend adding
extra
cover.
When returning items for exchange or refund, please send the product
back by
registered post.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. We will pay the postage for any replacement
product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged
product to reach you, may vary.
RETURNS
We only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Items that are damaged or lost during delivery are compensated by
AusPost.
If on receipt of a package, it appears to be damaged, immediately take photos to record visible damage before opening the package. You may need to provide these photos when making a compensation claim.
To exchange the defective or damaged item for an alternative item or
request a refund, send us an email at returns@weselltradebuy.com.
We will send you a form to complete.
After receiving our approval, return the item by

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an
email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
EXEMPT GOODS
The following are exempt from refunds:
* Any item not in its original condition
* That is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our
error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Please allow up to 14 days for your exchange or refund to be
processed.
